About the role
As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well by assessing their needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering occupational therapy. You design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence, addressing the whole patient as an individual. You collaborate with peers, make referrals, and train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.

Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
- Deliver occupational therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence.
- Address the whole patient, seeing them as an individual.
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
- Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.

Pay
Posted Salary Range: USD $39.00 - USD $50.00 per hour. Bonus: USD $10,000.00.
