Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
  • Deliver occupational therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.
  • Address the whole patient as an individual, adapting to their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
  • Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
  • Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice.

Pay

Posted Salary Range: USD $40.00 - USD $55.00 per hour.

Work Environment

  • Location: In facility.
  • Reporting structure: Reports to the Director of Rehab.
