Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop tailored therapeutic programs
• Implement personalized interventions to improve daily living and work skills
• Contribute to inpatient rehabilitation, home health, and hospice services
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to promote patient independence

• Relevant licensure or certification in occupational therapy
