Occupational Therapist (OT)

About the Role

Responsible for delivering safe and effective Occupational Therapy services through evaluation, treatment, and education tailored to patient needs and goals. Maintains professional communication with patients, families, and team members to foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve physical mobility and independence.
• Document clinical content clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon Occupational Therapist license.
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation principles.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and team-building skills.
• Effective time management and ability to handle dynamic environments.

Physical Demands

Must be able to perform tasks such as lifting (up to 60 lbs), climbing, kneeling, crawling, reaching, walking, and manual dexterity activities frequently or occasionally to support therapy delivery.
