Occupational Therapist-Neuro-PRN

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners offers treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in patients' own homes and communities. We are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists for PRN positions in Mission Viejo, CA and surrounding areas to deliver patient-centered care through interdisciplinary, evidence-based treatment plans practiced in functional settings.
Our therapists employ creative approaches and a variety of activities to address functional goals, resulting in durable outcomes. Patients are supported anywhere on the continuum from severe brain injury to job readiness, with intensive, individualized services provided one-on-one in their homes and communities.
Responsibilities
- Evaluation and treatment of impairments, including upper extremity function, ADLs, and IADLs
- Assessment and intervention for visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure (required)
- Professional certification or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (preferred)
- Experience in treating neurologically related disorders (strongly preferred)
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
- Strong communication abilities with families, professionals, and co-workers
