Occupational Therapist-Neuro-PRN

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners offers treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in patients' own homes and communities. We are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists for PRN positions in Upland, CA and surrounding areas to deliver truly patient-centered care.

Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans practiced in patients' homes and communities. Therapists employ creative approaches and a variety of activities to address functional goals, resulting in durable, evidence-based outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs
• Assessment of adaptive equipment and assistive technology needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure (required)
• Professional certification or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (preferred)
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders (strongly preferred)
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
• Strong communication skills with families, professionals, and co-workers
