Occupational Therapist-Neuro-PRN

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered care in the Charleston, SC and surrounding areas, with PRN positions available. The organization provides treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses in patients' homes and communities. Interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans practiced in patients' homes and communities, with therapists incorporating a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals.

Responsibilities
- Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function
- Evaluation and treatment of ADLs and IADLs
- Evaluation and treatment of visual and perceptual skills
- Evaluation and treatment of cognitive needs
- Assessment of adaptive equipment needs
- Assessment of assistive technology needs
Qualifications
- Completion of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required
- Professional certification/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred
- Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders strongly preferred
- Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required
- Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers required
