Occupational Therapist - Neuro $20K Sign-on Bonus

About the role

Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team. We evaluate and treat a variety of adult neuro patients and are passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adult neuro patients
• Create and implement comprehensive and individualized treatment programs
• Collaborate with referring physicians to establish patient goals and therapy plans
• Adhere to state practice act and relevant laws
• Participate in the design and implementation of new programs or procedures with approval from managers and referring physicians
• Supervise and delegate occupational therapy care within the guidelines of state rules and federal regulations
• Document patient care responsibilities in an appropriate and timely manner

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapy
• State occupational therapist license (or eligibility)
• CPR certification
• Valid state driver’s license

Pay

• Up to $20,000 bonus
• $350/month student loan repayment
