Occupational Therapist (Sign-On Bonus)
Role Overview
Seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver personalized in-home and senior living care, promoting mobility, independence, and quality of life for older adults. The role involves performing evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapy sessions, including virtual care options, to support patient wellness and aging in place. Therapists will document in EMR systems, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients, caregivers, and staff. Qualifications
- Valid OT license
- Degree from an accredited program
- Computer proficiency
