Responsibilities
- Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice.
- Conduct screenings of guests newly admitted to the facility.
- Captures and documents progress notes.
- Coordinates treatment plan with guest, family, and other team members.
- Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
- Makes observations and modifies treatment based on guest’s response.
Qualifications
- Current OT license through the State Board of Occupational Therapy required.
- A minimum of 2 years OT experience required.
- Valid driver's license with proof of insurance in accordance with state requirements.
- 100% travel required.

Pay Range: USD $45.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
