Occupational Therapist with Sign-on bonus

Responsibilities

• Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice.
• Conduct screenings of guests newly admitted to the facility.
• Cohorts treatment plan with guest, family, and other team members.
• Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Maintains records of patient progress and communicates with interdisciplinary team.
• Makes recommendations for discharge planning based on patient progress.

Qualifications

• Current OT license through the State Board of Occupational Therapy required.
• A minimum of 2 years OT experience required.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance in accordance with state requirements.
• 100% travel required.
