Occupational Therapist FT with Sign-on Bonus

Responsibilities

• Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice.
• Conduct screenings of guests newly admitted to the facility.
• Captures and documents progress in the patient’s treatment plan.
• Coordinates treatment plan with guest, family, and other team members.
• Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Makes recommendations for further treatment and referrals as needed.
• Maintains accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitors guest’s response to intervention and modifies treatment as necessary.

Qualifications

• Current OT license through the WA State Board of Occupational Therapy required.
• A minimum of 2 years OT experience required.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance in accordance with state requirements.
• 100% travel required.
