About the Role

The Occupational Therapist instructs, motivates, and assists patients in learning and improving activities of daily living under the supervision of the Rehab Director.

Responsibilities

• Treats patients according to established standards of practice.
• Conducts screenings of guests newly admitted to the facility.
• Collaborates with guests, families, and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintains records and reports progress to supervising staff.
• Monitors guest’s response to intervention and modifies treatment as necessary.

Requirements

• Current OT license through the WA State Board of Occupational Therapy required.
• A minimum of 2 years OT experience required.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance in accordance with state requirements.
• 100% travel required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Pay & Schedule

USD $55.00 - USD $63.00 /Hr.
