Occupational Therapist Inpatient Rehab Role Summary: Provide specialized patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, developing tailored intervention plans to help patients regain or maintain daily living, work, and leisure skills. Facilitate patient independence and satisfaction through creative problem-solving and education on treatment, safety, and adaptive equipment. Responsibilities Include Performing top of scope practice in direct patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration.Modeling proficiency through precepting new staff and contributing to a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.Creating individualized treatment plans and educating patients, families, and caregivers.Ensuring safety, quality, and effective patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred).Current licensure with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of hire.
