Occupational Therapist Inpatient Rehab IRF We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include creating individualized intervention plans to help patients regain or develop daily living, work, and leisure skills, and educating patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and adaptive equipment use. The role requires collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes, modeling proficiency, and welcoming innovative clinical approaches. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (preferred: Master's) in Occupational Therapy, current licensure in Colorado, and BLS certification. The position involves working onsite with a schedule that includes weekend work.
