Qualifications
- Current occupational therapy licensure or certification as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient related experience
- Ability to deliver assessment-driven, personalized OT in an inpatient rehab setting

Job Details / Responsibilities
- Provide direct occupational therapy care to inpatient rehabilitation patients
- Lead patient assessments and develop personalized treatment/care plans
- Supervise care and treatments and target/resolve patient concerns
- Guide patients through therapy aimed at function, independence, and quality of life
- Build meaningful relationships by understanding patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs
- Collaborate in a team-based rehab environment to deliver top-tier, compassionate care
- Celebrate patient victories throughout the recovery process
