About the role

Coordinate and deliver patient-centered occupational therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Provides direct therapy using various strategies and functional settings.
• Evaluates patients, gathers data, and adjusts treatment goals accordingly.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Prepares documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Participates in program development, professional growth, and supervision of students.

Requirements

• Active occupational therapy license in the state of practice.
• Ability to perform essential duties, including effective communication and visual acuity.
• Preferred 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience.
