About the role
The occupational therapist (OT) evaluates, develops, implements, and reassesses individualized care plans to enhance patient outcomes, working within a team environment that includes various disciplines, patients, and their significant others. The OT provides services for pediatric, adolescent, orthopedic, inpatient, and outpatient populations, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, policies, and professional guidelines.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Washington Occupational Therapist License
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Key Duties
- Perform evaluations and create personalized treatment plans
- Implement and modify plans based on patient progress
- Participate in discharge planning and team collaboration
- Provide care for diverse patient populations, including pediatric and orthopedic cases
- Supervise team members and ensure compliance with standards
