Occupational Therapist - Homecare
Duties
- Provide Occupational Therapy services to patients in their homes
- To include the assessment and development of a POC
- Ongoing evaluation and oversight of OTA
Requirements
- Experience as home health Occupational Therapists is required
- Home Health experience required
- HCHB is preferred
- Oregon OT license
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel daily to patient homes within assigned territory (50 miles radius)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in home-based care environments
