Role Overview

A Home Health Occupational Therapist delivers personalized rehabilitation care in patients' homes to improve strength, mobility, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient skills, develop and interpret therapeutic programs
• Collaborate with healthcare teams
• Provide treatment and instruction
• Review and adapt plans
• Recommend adaptive equipment
• Supervise staff
• Document patient progress
• Participate in care coordination, discharge planning, and community reintegration activities to support patient recovery

Qualifications & Skills

• Current, unrestricted OT licensure
• CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Preferred: minimum six months of OT experience, home health experience

Pay

Compensation ranges from $93,900 to $129,300 annually for full-time.
