About the role

Evaluates and treats patients' functional needs related to activities of daily living, fine motor skills, and adaptive equipment, following state laws and evidence-based practices. Provides care in diverse home environments, regardless of patient background.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient functional status
• Collaborate with physicians to develop care plans
• Observe and report patient responses to treatment
• Conduct functional ability tests

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist licensure in Washington
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
• CPR certification (optional)

Skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay

$84,442 – $126,664 annually, based on visit points and hourly rates.
