Responsibilities

• Develop and implement therapy plans in collaboration with physicians
• Monitor patient responses and document progress
• Conduct home assessments regardless of patient demographics

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation
