Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients' functional status, daily activities, fine motor skills, and home environment needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans within the scope of practice, collaborating with healthcare team members.
- Monitor and report patient responses to treatment and any changes in condition.
- Conduct assessments using diagnostic and prognostic tests to determine functional abilities.
Qualifications
- Current state licensure for Occupational Therapy.
- CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, or access to public transit.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Strong communication, organizational, and writing skills.
