About the role

Assess and evaluate patients' functional status, activities of daily living, and occupational therapy needs based on medical conditions. Develop and implement therapy plans in collaboration with physicians, observe and report patient responses, and conduct assessments using diagnostic tests. Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members to support therapy participation.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license

Pay

Compensation based on visit points and hourly pay.
