Responsibilities

Review patient medical history and develop individualized treatment plans
Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility
Record patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

Licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
Basic computer skills
CPR and first aid certification required
Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) strongly preferred
ORCHT-eligible (minimum 4,000 hours of hand therapy experience and 3 years of practice, awaiting board examination)
New grads with Level II fieldwork in hand therapy and a strong clinical interest in upper extremity rehabilitation
