About the role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist to join a collaborative orthopedic therapy team. The role focuses on delivering personalized, high-quality care to improve patient outcomes in a supportive community environment.

Responsibilities

• Review patient histories and develop individualized treatment plans
• Diagnose movement issues and functional limitations
• Utilize exercises, manual therapy, and other therapeutic interventions
• Track and document patient progress

Requirements

• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• CPR certification
• Strong work ethic and commitment to patient care

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or CHT-eligible
• Experience in outpatient hand therapy
• Advanced training or certifications in hand therapy
