Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist - Ozark Orthopaedics

About the role

To further support the needs of the Fayetteville, AR community, we are looking to add an experienced Occupational Therapist-Hand Therapist to our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evidence-based treatment in coordination with physician partners.
• Build integral relationships with physician partners to enhance patient-centered care.
• Strive for exceptional patient outcomes and a positive atmosphere for patient healing.
• Promote a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Participate in opportunities for hand surgeon interaction including clinic shadowing and surgery observation.
• Receive therapy license renewal reimbursement.
• Engage in leadership development coursework and mentorship.

Requirements

• Current or pending OT license.
• CHT or Hand Therapy Experience needed.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• CPR certified.
