About the role
Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center. Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists with a level II fieldwork in hands (required). We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT.

Responsibilities
- Provide personalized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.
- Maintain a high standard of care by staying current with occupational therapy research and employing Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
- Collaborate by supervising assistants and aides and contributing to case management.
- Build and enhance relationships with centers, patients, facilities, and their staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)-accredited school of occupational therapy.
- CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic.
- Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred.
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or any therapist interested in pursuing a CHT.

Pay
$70,000 - $95,000 annually, based on years of experience.
$1,000 sign-on bonus.
$350 monthly tuition assistance for student debt.

Weekdays (9am-6pm).
