Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to enhance independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate families and caregivers on treatment approaches and progress.
• Document clinical outcomes and progress regularly.
• Contribute to a compassionate, relationship-centered culture grounded in Christian values and purposeful living.

Requirements

• Relevant licensure and experience in occupational therapy.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
