About the role

As an Occupational Therapist, your role thrives on recognizing the significance of small victories in driving substantial change. Utilize your specialized skills to deliver top-tier, compassionate, and personalized care to our rehabilitation patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
  • Guide patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
  • Celebrate patient victories along the way.

Requirements

  • Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
  • CPR certification.
  • A Master's Degree preferred, or a Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
