Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our supportive, collaborative, and fun multidisciplinary team. We help children build the skills and confidence they need to succeed in their everyday lives, working with a diverse pediatric population including those with sensory processing challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, neurological and genetic conditions, feeding disorders, visual-motor deficits, and more.

At Rush Kids, you'll work closely with experienced occupational, physical, speech therapists and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in a team-focused environment where ideas are shared, successes are celebrated, and professional growth is encouraged. Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat a diverse pediatric population with various diagnoses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide individualized and evidence-based occupational therapy services
- Document patient progress and care responsibilities accurately
- Adhere to state practice act and federal regulations
- Participate in the design and implementation of new programs or procedures
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapy
- Current state occupational therapist license (or eligibility)
- CPR certification
- Valid state driver's license

Pay
$70,000 - $82,000 annually, based on years of experience
