Occupational Therapist

About the role

Provide compassionate and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals with a wide range of physical, developmental, and cognitive disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities and recommend appropriate therapies.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve clients' motor skills, strength, and coordination.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place.
• Document progress notes and maintain client records according to HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of [State].
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
