About the role
Provides direct occupational therapy care under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist in a skilled nursing facility environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans
- Chart patient progress
- Utilize therapy software
- Ensure patient safety and rights
- Participate in patient care
- Maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrate good body mechanics
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment
Requirements
- NBCOT certification
- Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program
- Valid state licensure
- CPR certification
Preferred: one year of experience, but new graduates are welcome.
