About the role
Provide direct occupational therapy rehab care to patients in a skilled nursing facility under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress and outcomes
- Utilize therapy software for clinical and administrative tasks
- Ensure patient safety and uphold patient rights
- Provide patient care in a professional, dependable manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies and regulations
Requirements
- NBCOT certification
- State licensure in applicable state
- CPR certification
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care
- Work effectively in a patient-centered environment
