About the role

Provide direct occupational therapy rehab care to patients in a skilled nursing facility under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized treatment plans
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
  • Utilize therapy software for clinical and administrative tasks
  • Ensure patient safety and uphold patient rights
  • Provide patient care in a professional, dependable manner
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies and regulations

Requirements

  • NBCOT certification
  • State licensure in applicable state
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care
  • Work effectively in a patient-centered environment
