Occupational Health Program Manager

What You'll Be Doing

• Led development and execution of occupational health programs across operations.
• Ensured compliance with occupational health regulations and standards.
• Conducted risk assessments and drove corrective actions to reduce health-related incidents.
• Analyzed health data and trends to inform proactive interventions.
• Leveraged AI tools to enhance risk prediction, monitoring, and compliance reporting.

What You'll Need For Success

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health or related field required.
• 5–8 years of occupational health or EHS experience in industrial or construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and occupational health standards.
• CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), or equivalent.
• Experience leading programs, audits, and investigations.
• Experience with data analytics or AI-enabled tools preferred.

Pay

Compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.

Schedule

The role requires mobility within work environments, use of office equipment, lifting up to 20 pounds, clear vision and hearing, effective communication skills, and occasional travel for meetings and training sessions.
