We need to output HTML fragment with sections only when there is real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - Responsibilities: The "ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:" list and also earlier bullet points about being passionate etc. Those are responsibilities. - Qualifications: The "Qualifications" section includes bullet list: Knowledge of LIHTC, detail oriented, organizational, analytical, problem solving, 2-4 years leasing experience, commitment to exceed expectations, determination, teamwork, trustworthy, welcoming everyone. - Benefits: The "WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE:" includes many benefits: PTO, customizable total rewards, financial wellness perks, mental health resources, fertility benefits, paid time off to volunteer, matching charitable donations, learning & training programs, tuition & certification reimbursement, internal advancement opportunities. - Pay: "ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE: $26.00 - $28.00 / hour Annual Performance Bonus" plus mention of non-exempt, overtime, etc. So we have pay info. - Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. No schedule info. So we should not create a Schedule section. - About the role: Could be the introductory paragraph before responsibilities? The posting starts with "Responsibilities Are you passionate..." Actually the heading "Responsibilities" appears at start. There's no separate "About the role" but we could treat the initial paragraph as about the role. However the instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Possibly also Requirements? The posting includes "Qualifications" but not separate "Requirements". Could treat Qualifications as Requirements? But they have both headings list; we should only emit sections when posting has real content. There's a "Qualifications" section; we can map that to

Qualifications

. There's no separate "Requirements" distinct from Qualifications; we could omit Requirements. - Skills: Not explicitly separate; could be part of Qualifications. We'll not create Skills unless distinct. Thus output sections: Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to extract the responsibilities list: The "ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:" includes multiple sentences; we can turn each into list items? The instruction: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The responsibilities are a list of duties; we can make each bullet a
    • . However the text includes some prose before list: "Utilize your organizational skills and experience to provide the preeminent affordable housing accommodations in your community. Through your daily interactions with prospective and current residents, you’ll create a welcoming experience and sense of community." That's a sentence; could be a list item as well. Then "Process certifications (including initial, interim, and annual); calculate retroactive rent while conforming to all applicable guidelines." etc. We'll break at semicolons? Better to treat each sentence as separate duty. We'll keep as list items. We also have earlier bullet points about being passionate etc. Those are more like motivational statements; could be part of responsibilities? They are not duties but maybe part of "About the role". But we have no About the role section; we could incorporate them into responsibilities as prose? However they are not duties. Might be better to create an "About the role" section with that prose. The instruction says we can use About the role heading if there is real content. The opening sentences before "Responsibilities" are: "Are you passionate about building strong connections with residents? Do you have LIHTC experience? Are you looking to find more than just a job – rather a career filled with purpose? Do you want to make an impactful difference by providing affordable housing to those that need it most? If so, we are looking for you to join our team as an Occupancy and Recertification Specialist." That's definitely about the role. So we should create an

      About the role

      with that content as

. Then after that, we have "ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:" which is responsibilities. So we will have Responsibilities section with list. Then after responsibilities, there is "WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE:" which is benefits. We'll make Benefits section with list. Then after that, there is "ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE: ..." plus other pay details. We'll make Pay section with prose (maybe list? but it's not a list). We'll use

. Then Qualifications section: after "Qualifications" heading in the posting. We'll make Qualifications section with list. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We'll not. We need to drop boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, privacy policy, application instructions like "APPly NOW". Also remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal. We'll remove the "Apply now" etc. Also remove the "#RAJOBS" maybe. We need to preserve all substantive information: include details like PTO 19+ days, customizable total rewards package, medical/vision/dental, life insurance, EAP, financial wellness perks (401(k), FSA & HSA, employer-paid life and AD&D insurance; paid leave & disability programs), mental health resources, fertility benefits (surrogacy, adoption assistance), paid time off to volunteer, matching charitable donations, learning & training programs, tuition & certification reimbursement, internal advancement opportunities. Also include "Annual Performance Bonus", "Non-Exempt, meaning eligible for overtime pay", note about actual compensation may vary. Now craft HTML. Structure:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer..." etc. We removed that. Check for any leftover duplication: The "Overview" section about Related Affordable is boilerplate? It's descriptive of company; could be considered "About the role"? But we already have About the role with the introductory sentences. The overview is more about the company; could be considered "About the company" but not in allowed headings. We could omit it as it's not required; but the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The overview is substantive info about the company. However we don't have a heading for "About the company". The allowed headings list does not include About the company. But we could put it under About the role? Might be stretching. However the instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, not exclusive list? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect us to use those headings only. So we should not create other headings. So we may need to fold company overview into About the role paragraph? Could add a sentence after the introductory paragraph about the company. That would be preserving info while using allowed heading. Thus we can extend About the role paragraph to include the overview: "At Related we believe in enriching lives through affordable housing..." etc. That is substantive. We'll incorporate. Let's craft About the role paragraph:

Are you passionate about building strong connections with residents? Do you have LIHTC experience? Are you looking to find more than just a job – rather a career filled with purpose? Do you want to make an impactful difference by providing affordable housing to those that need it most? If so, we are looking for you to join our team as an Occupancy and Recertification Specialist. At Related we believe in enriching lives through affordable housing. Today, Related Affordable owns and preserves one of the largest affordable housing portfolios in the nation. The "secret ingredient" to our success is our employees' genuine empathy, and we believe in investing in our talent and cultivating a positive, team-oriented environment where every voice is valued.
