About the role
Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare is seeking an OB/GYN GME program director to join their 24-resident program in El Paso, TX.
Responsibilities
- Combine administrative and diagnostic responsibilities (50/50)
- Lead the OB/GYN residency program
- Engage in ongoing and continuous scholarly activity
- Manage a full scope of OB/GYN services including inpatient and outpatient work
- Participate in incentive and benefits package negotiations
Requirements
- Current medical licensure or ability to obtain one
- ABOG or AOBOG certification
- At least three years of documented residency program leadership experience
- Strong administrative and team-building skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience as a chief resident or core faculty
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed physician
- Must be board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology

- Ability to engage in scholarly activities
