- Provide overall leadership and oversight for all activities on the unit, working in collaboration with nurses and staff to effectively deploy resources and manage patients.
- Supervise all clinical care for unassigned patients in labor & delivery, including cesarean sections, spontaneous and operative vaginal deliveries, antenatal and postpartum care.
- Deliver high quality evidence based obstetric care.
- Work collaboratively with all other OB/GYN colleagues, MFMs, CNMs nurses and staff.
- Work with service line leaders toward continuous improvement by participating in and leading quality improvement initiatives, helping educate staff, and guiding patient safety and satisfaction.

Requirements
- Minimum Education Level: Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school and successful completion of OBGYN Residency required.
- Minimum Licensure Requirements: Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois.
- Minimum Certification Requirements: Board certification/Board eligible in area of expertise.
- Minimum Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience or Fellowship trained.

Pay
$310,000-350,000 - As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE.
Schedule
1.0 FTE position will be expected to work a combination of 13, 12-hour day and night shifts throughout the month with flexible opportunities in FTE status.
