Overview
This role is for generalist OB/GYN physicians in an established practice with a focus on minimally invasive surgery, including robotics, laparoscopy, and major GYN procedures.
Responsibilities
- Performing surgical procedures
- Office-based gynecology (e.g., colposcopy, ultrasound, hysteroscopy, LEEP, D&C)
- Providing optional OB call with delivery opportunities that can increase income
- Call is lifestyle-friendly, averaging once weekly from home
- Participate in mentorship and potential leadership roles within the practice
Clinical Environment
Work in a full-service hospital with Level III nursery, anesthesia, neonatal care, and subspecialty coverage.

Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed salary starting in the $400,000 range, with annual increases
