About the Role
We invite applications for a Board Certified or Eligible OBGYN physician to join our Kaiser Permanente Skyline clinic team in Salem, Oregon. Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for women's health and the ability to provide high-quality comprehensive care. Joining an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical staff, you will provide a mix of both obstetrics and gynecology services while enjoying 24/7 backup on the L&D unit.
Responsibilities
- Provide a mix of both obstetrics and gynecology services
- Enjoy 24/7 backup on the L&D unit

- Work with a highly skilled, collegial, and dedicated team focused on a patient-centered approach to care
- Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR
- Opportunities for leadership positions within the medical group if desired
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
Requirements
- Board Certified or Eligible OBGYN physician
- Strong passion for women's health
- Ability to provide high-quality comprehensive care
- Experience working in an integrated health care model
- Experience with 24/7 L&D unit coverage
Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Current license to practice medicine in Oregon
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Passing scores on all required exams

Pay
The annual salary for this position is $319,600 - $363,200 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
Schedule
This position will also join our Salem Hospital coverage pool, which includes 3 OB Hospitalists, and supports an average of 60 deliveries per year.
