Unified Women's Healthcare & Lifeline Medical Associates, a leading network of OB/GYN practices across New Jersey, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN who is looking for more than a traditional schedule. Practice highlights include joining a collaborative team of several experienced OB/GYN physicians within respected Lifeline Medical Associates practices, an established patient base with a strong reputation throughout the New Jersey community, modern office settings supported by experienced clinical and administrative teams, integrated network resources through Lifeline Medical Associates for enhanced patient care and operational support, and a shared commitment to high-quality, patient-centered women's healthcare. You will have the opportunity to build long‑term patient relationships while maintaining schedule flexibility.

Hospital affiliation: Deliveries and inpatient care are performed at The Valley Hospital in Bergen County, New Jersey, a highly regarded hospital known for its comprehensive women's health services, with access to advanced Labor & Delivery facilities, experienced nursing staff, and a supportive hospital environment, plus a collaborative relationship with hospital‑based teams to ensure seamless, high‑quality patient care.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Current Unrestricted State Medical License
• Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain

Pay

Competitive compensation: $170‑$180 per hour.

Schedule

• OB Hospitalist Model with flexibility in 12‑ or 24‑hour shifts
• Hybrid office‑based practice with dedicated Labor & Delivery coverage
