OB/GYN Locum Tenens Coverage

About the Role

This inpatient obstetric and gynecologic role requires providing 24-hour call coverage at a facility with structured workflows and approximately 60 deliveries annually. The clinician will support cesarean sections and VBAC procedures, working alongside a full support staff. Call coverage includes managing adult patients in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour call coverage from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM.
• Support obstetric and gynecologic patient care, including deliveries.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuous patient care.
• Manage adult inpatient obstetric cases within a high-volume facility.

Requirements

• Board certification is negotiable.
• Ability to handle inpatient obstetric cases, including cesarean sections and VBAC.
• Experience in a hospital setting with structured clinical protocols.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
