About the Role
The o9/Kinaxis Business Development Director (BDD) serves as Accenture's primary o9/Kinaxis ecosystem growth leader, responsible for driving joint market development, origination, pipeline creation, and strategic partnership expansion with o9/Kinaxis. This role sits at the intersection of sales, alliances, industry strategy, and innovation, helping clients unlock value through o9/Kinaxis Experience Cloud, Content Supply Chain, Data & Personalization, and Generative AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute joint Accenture-o9/Kinaxis growth strategies and co-sell motions for assigned accounts and clients.
- Build relationships with o9/Kinaxis Partner Development Managers, Sales and Industry Leaders, and Account Teams.
- Originate opportunities involving o9/Kinaxis Technologies.
- Work closely with Accenture and o9/Kinaxis leadership to drive pipeline growth.
- Lead executive workshops, innovation sessions, and value realization discussions.
- Develop business cases and ROI narratives that align technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
- Create differentiated industry solutions, thought leadership, and joint offerings aligned to o9/Kinaxis priorities.
- Enable Accenture and o9/Kinaxis field teams on joint value propositions and strategic growth plays.
- Travel is required for this role, varying from 25% to 50% depending on business need and client requirements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of business development, sales, alliance, or consulting experience.
- 10+ years of complex pursuit management and opportunity development experience.
- 10+ years’ experience selling or shaping enterprise technology transformation programs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of o9/Kinaxis technologies and offerings.
- Experience with selling o9/Kinaxis technologies and offerings.
- Strong understanding of marketing transformation programs, data-driven customer engagement, and intelligent content supply chain.
- Proven executive relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with leveraging AI in day-to-day work and an understanding of the roles, benefits, and limitations of applying Generative and Agentic AI in a client environment.
- Experience working with Global 2000 organizations.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage CIOs, CDAOs, CTOs, CISOs, COOs, and Line-of-Business leaders.
Pay
Compensation varies by location. Annual salary ranges for this role are as follows:
- California: $132,500 to $302,400
- Cleveland: $122,700 to $241,900
- Colorado: $132,500 to $261,300
- District of Columbia: $141,100 to $278,200
- Illinois: $122,700 to $261,300
- Maine: $112,900 to $222,500
- Maryland: $132,500 to $261,300
- Massachusetts: $132,500 to $278,200
- Minnesota: $132,500 to $261,300
- New York: $122,700 to $302,400
- New Jersey: $141,100 to $302,400
- Virginia: $122,700 to $278,200
- Washington: $141,100 to $278,200
