We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings where there is real content. Use for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: privacy notice, EEO, etc. Also remove navigation/legal etc. Keep substantive info: company description? The posting starts with description of DTE; that could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content.
We have:
- Intro about DTE: could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". Since they said "About the role" heading, we can put that.
- Job Summary Location: Lansing, MI (maybe include in About the role paragraph). Not a heading.
- Key Accountabilities: list of duties -> Responsibilities section.
- Qualifications: list -> Requirements or Qualifications section. They have Qualifications heading already; we can use

with list.
- Additional Qualifications: physical demands etc. Could be part of Qualifications or maybe Skills? It's more about physical demands; could be included under Qualifications as list.
- Pay: The hourly rate for this position is $48.94. So we need a Pay section with that info.
- Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly besides maybe "we take great care of each other..." but not specific benefits. No explicit benefits listed, so we should not create Benefits section.
- Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly besides "Work scheduled and unscheduled hours and respond to off-hour call-ins". That's schedule info. So we can create Schedule section with that sentence.
- Skills: Could be derived from qualifications like "Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Office applications", "Ability to read and write effectively in English and to do basic mathematics", "Knowledge of and experience in Standard Operating Procedures, Pre-Job Briefs, Job Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessments and LOTO", etc. Could be a Skills section. But we already have Qualifications; maybe better to keep Qualifications as a section covering both qualifications and skills. However instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine qualifications and skills into one Qualifications section. But we have separate headings list; we can choose to include only those with real content. We have Pay, Schedule, Responsibilities, Qualifications. That's four sections.
We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not needed.
We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them as lists or paragraphs.
We must remove boilerplate: privacy notice, EEO statement, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
Let's extract substantive content:

About the role
... company description ...

- ... each accountability ...
Qualifications
- ... each qualification ...

The hourly rate for this position is $48.94.
Schedule
Work scheduled and unscheduled hours and respond to off-hour call-ins.
We should not include Benefits section. Check that we preserved all substantive info: Did we miss any? The "Additional Qualifications" physical demands we included as part of Qualifications list? We didn't add them yet. We need to include those physical demands under Qualifications as well. So we should add those bullet points to Qualifications list. Also note: "Ability to complete site specific written qualification program" is already in Qualifications. We must ensure we didn't miss any bullet from Responsibilities: we have all. Check for duplicates: The schedule line appears also in Responsibilities; we included it in Responsibilities list as last bullet. Then we also have Schedule section with same sentence. That's duplication; maybe we should avoid duplicating. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we include schedule in Responsibilities, we still need to convey that info somewhere. If we also include Schedule section, we are duplicating but still preserving. However duplication may be considered redundant but not violating instruction. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Duplication may be okay but could be considered thin. Better to not duplicate: we could move schedule line out of Responsibilities and only keep in Schedule section. But then we lose that detail from Responsibilities. However the schedule line is more about schedule than responsibility; but it's still a duty. Could keep in Responsibilities and not have Schedule section. But we need to include Pay section; schedule info is present in Responsibilities, so we could omit Schedule section. However the instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. The posting does have schedule content (Work scheduled and unscheduled hours and respond to off-hour call-ins). So we could create Schedule section with that content, and we could remove it from Responsibilities to avoid duplication. But then we would be removing that content from Responsibilities, which would be losing substantive info unless we keep it elsewhere. Since we put it in Schedule section, we still preserve it. So we can remove that bullet from Responsibilities list. Thus Responsibilities list will exclude the schedule line. Now check if any other schedule info elsewhere: none. Now we need to ensure we didn't miss any other details like "Active participant of the site safety team/committee" etc. Already included. Now format. We'll need to escape any HTML special characters? The text includes apostrophes, etc. It's fine as plain text. We'll output:About the role
