About the role
Gulfeagle Supply is seeking a personable Inside Sales / Office Admin to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional administrative skills and a strong background in sales.
Responsibilities
- Work with management to ensure high-quality building products are delivered to customers while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Assist in the smooth operation of a branch office by managing administrative functions such as correspondence, purchasing supplies, and handling financial tasks.
- Support the Territory Manager by providing product information and assisting with customer orders and sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing buyers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Price quote and communicate effectively with customers to close sales.
- Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor for all customers, both in-person and over the phone.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Meet expectations set by the Branch Manager and adhere to the branch's sales targets and budget.
- Show professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Quickly learn and retain knowledge about new and specialty products and systems.
- Provide support and product information to the Territory Manager as needed.
- Have experience with cold-calling and telemarketing, and be able to process various types of customer orders and sales.
- Have a positive and approachable demeanor for all customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new buyers.
- Be responsible for all administrative tasks within the branch, including correspondence with support center departments, purchasing supplies, and managing the branch's budget.
- Manage the branch's checkbook, credit functions, petty cash, and incoming/outgoing mail.
- Perform various other filing, data entry, and clerical duties as assigned by branch management.
- Have strong multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English.
- 3+ years of inside sales experience in a related industry.
Education
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Pay and Schedule
- Salary range: $25,000 - $35,000 annually
- Full-time position
