Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and inbound inquiries.
- Manage customer relationships and provide product presentations and proposals.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with a proven sales record.
- Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Performance Metrics
- Achievement of sales targets.
- Customer retention and satisfaction.
- Number of new accounts generated.
- CRM accuracy and timely updates.
