Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and inbound inquiries.
  • Manage customer relationships and provide product presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience with a proven sales record.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Performance Metrics

  • Achievement of sales targets.
  • Customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Number of new accounts generated.
  • CRM accuracy and timely updates.
