About the role
The role involves maintaining the bar area, ensuring cleanliness, and providing a safe and memorable guest experience. The position requires frequent lifting/carrying of weights over 50 pounds, reaching, stooping, squatting, and bending.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the bar area, ensuring supplies, equipment, and empty or soiled articles are removed to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ensure the Service bar is maintained to provide guests with a safe and memorable experience.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are required.
- The ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear is necessary.
- Frequent lifting/carrying of weights over 50 pounds, reaching, stooping, squatting, and bending are required.
- Pushes, pulls, stocks, and unloads carts and liquor cabinets.

Work Environment
The casino environment is fast-paced, crowded, and noisy. Employees may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors such as second-hand smoke and excessive noise. The work environment may also involve frequent lifting/carrying of weights over 25 pounds, reaching, stooping, squatting, and bending.
Required
- Final candidates must obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations.
