Job Description
Serves food and beverages to guest, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Must have a minimum of one to two (1-2) years of high volume service, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
- Must possess knowledge of both food and beverage items.
- Must undergo TIPS Training on a continuous basis.
- Requires walking and standing for most of shift.
Work Environment
- May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
- Frequent lifting/carrying of weights over 25 pounds, reaching, stooping, squatting and bending.
- The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy.
