The Securities & Capital Markets team at Paul Hastings is seeking a Mid-Level Associate with at least three to five years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Significant experience advising issuers and underwriters in connection with equity and debt capital markets transactions, including IPOs.
  • Counseling public companies on SEC reporting, financings, and general corporate matters.

Requirements

  • Strong achievement drive.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Client management skills.
  • Relevant law firm experience from AmLaw 50 firm preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must be admitted to practice and be in good standing in New York.
