About the role

We are seeking a Master Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team in Bentonville, AR. This position is Monday through Friday, offering a competitive salary of $120,000+ per year.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair various automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles to ensure optimal performance
• Communicate effectively with service advisors to sell repair services
• Train new technicians and assist in the training process

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
• Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends (this position does not require weekend work)
